Basic Support

Every customer who purchases the soft phone will receive email support. They will also be eligible to critical fixes for their purchased version.

Enhanced Support

An annual fee of 30% of the licensing cost covers you for:

• All future feature releases and enhancements, including additional OS platforms
• Any updates or fixes issued for the current version and any version produced post the date the licences are purchased
• Priority Phone support
